PROGRAM 1– Community Access for People living in Continuing Care (CAPCC):

Offers support to those under 65 years of age. The purpose and goal of this initiative is to provide support to people living in continuing care centers who are socially, physically, culturally isolated. CAPCC will help access the resources you need to be more involved in your community. Support may include exploration of interests, developing personal goals and assisting with planning and coordination.

PROGRAM 2 – Alberta Brain Injury Network(ABIN):

A provincial network of community based agencies that coordinate services to adults with an acquired brain injury. We provide supports, help with coordination, community capacity, as well as provide education on prevention and increase awareness of acquired brain injury. Alberta Brain Injury Network also helps with assisting survivors and their families/caregivers in determining their need.
