Basic Shelf Program:
Six session cooking class for all those who are wanting to learn how to cook on a budget. A free 6 session cooking program; participants share a slow- cooker meal, discuss a health and nutrition topic, and assemble the ingredients for a recipe to take home and prepare. All participants receive a free Slow Cooker. Contact Yvonne to sign up Extension 227.
